    I brought my wife’s Volkswagen Atlas in for its very first Service. The service advisor tried to up sale me on a bunch of very expensive services that added up to over $500.00 that the book doesn’t even call for. We have been loyal Volkswagen customers. This is our 3rd car we have purchased from that dealership and I have never had an attempt to make a fool out of me. I plan on staying a loyal customer but I do not like it when someone tries to make a fool out of me.

    Matthew is an amazing service advisor who thoroughly understands my needs as a Volkswagen owner. He has an intimate knowledge of what folks need to keep their beloved VWs happily on the road and provided me with great advice as to certain aspects of my vehicle's care. I will continue returning to AutoNation Volkswagen Columbus for my maintenance needs.
