Check-in was easy. VW is new to me and he even took time to tell me about the VW app for expanded features, which I really appreciated. The inspection results with video was great. I only gave it a 4 star because of the communication process between drop-off and pickup. It was several hours before any update, and I wasn't sure where the car stood with inspection, additional needs outside service, when I could pick it up, etc. until well after 2p (dropped off at 9:30a).

I am extremely pleased every time I visit this facility. My representative Matt is so knowledgeable about the products and what is needed for my vehicle. I enjoy coming to get my car serviced. My only advise would be to keep doing what you’re doing. Customer service is great. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to offer a car wash for your customers after service.
